You've got to enable them in your user CP or use this (http://www.filesharingtalk.com/vb3/misc.php?do=getsmilies&wysiwyg=0&forumid=10) link. ;)

edit: you'll find them @ User CP> Edit Options> Miscellaneous Options. Select "enhanced interface". They'll appear each time you post, next to the text box.

Can anyone help me resize my avatar? Someone posted a link for xp image resize but even changing it to small then handheld I was still informed it's too bloody big.

You could have both. One as an avatar, the other one as your sig.

edit: to upload it: copy it on your harddrive. Then go to userCP, under settings and options, click on edit avatar.
