I've no problem with people talking rubbish. I do it myself a lot. However, posting several replies to a post in a row destroys any conversation that takes place, particularly since the multiple quote feature is currently disabled.

Since everyone has lost a lot of posts then people will be inclined to post more, which is good in a way but it will lead to threads like this (http://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/showthread.php?t=82024). When things like that happen in normal threads, which it undoubtedly will, it'll be unpleasant for everyone.

Perhaps a block on posting consecutive messages could be enabled? Members could use the edit function if they feel they've left out a point in their original post without the need to add another. The minimum number of characters per post is great, btw. I like that a lot but it would be better if more difficult to circumvent :D

He should be put on moderation.

When the mods figure out how to do that...

I'm only teasing the mods of course.

Though someone needs to have a word with Capt Azad. As is evident he is annoying people, and is breaking the rules.

Which we don't have at the moment, but if we had them he'd be breaking them. :fugley:

I am guilty ssometimes of posting maybe twice in row but the reason is cleary if its a serious post and 1 hr later I think oh shit I forgot to say.........

well I don't bother useing the edit button in that situation becasue people may have already read it once and will see no one has replyed to the thread it won't read it again to see my edit.

There are a few ways of moderation. The easiest would probably to just create a new user group (e.g. moderated users). Then you can alter the settings to restrict that member from doing / accessing certain things and can force them to have all posts approved by a moderator /admin before they appear.

There are also the standard bans which you can issue. Either temp (admin cp -> users -> ban user) or permanent (admin cp - vBulletin options -> User Banning Options - Tachy Goes to Coventry is pretty cool :D).

Hax0r (the banned one) also posted a idiot ban somewhere in the forum which gives the desired member loads of errors and stuff to annoy them which can be looked into for really annoying members :)
