Right now, there's nothing that beats real sex with a someone hot...
VR will take a long time to look as good and I doubt it will ever be the same. You just cant mimic some things unless you become a slave to the machine.. You will die of starvation in reality... that'd suck so much. Real life is the best :-)

Pull mouse back and forth to throw...

Shouldn't be hard. If you loose enough times you'll get the option to make it easier the next time. Make sure you've got dynamic difficulty turned on in the option though.

Pull the arm almost all the way up and bring it down as fast as you can, most the time it will go in.

Use the arrow keys on your keyboard it's much easier than the mouse.

Hold down the 'down arrow' until the arm is raised then hit the 'up button'. It should be a fluid motion, don't take your time. Just keep practicing once you get it right you'll be doing it every time. I hardly ever miss now.

You can always "wimp out" by pressing 'escape' and selecting the option. Costs you a small amount of cash though but it lets you play on as if you had won.

There's a bouncer in front of a door to some stairs going up. (I think...it's been a while since I played).

You have to talk to him and his brother outside the strip club before he'll let you up there.

You have to get the items off three girls first I think, then talk to the TV presenter which will unlock that outdoor section.
