I just saw the E3 videos by XPlay from TechTV. the dual weapon sys kinda fun. on the left was the alien blaster (or what soever and dont blame me. i dont know) and the right was a pistol (or whatsoever and dont blame me again).

The dual-wielding they did excellent. The guns now how more recoil too. So if you dont move at all and shoot a full clip you'll be looking at the ceiling. :lol:

I wasnt paying much attention to the HUD but it was very different. I noticed the health and stuff are in the bottom right. And when you shoot, you cant hold down the trigger (like with the h-gun) and shoot non-stop... you have to pull the trigger each time. The assault rifle shoots in bursts. The other assault rifle shoot in shingle shot. (I might be mistaken... they could be the same gun only you can change back and forth) I was playing at 5 in the morning some cut me some slack :lol:

What else? I cant remember too good right now, just woke up. The maps are huge.

When you start the game, you have to create a signin or w/e. And each time you start the game it asks you if you want to sign in to xbox live. That got annoying.

There are soo many more settings. You can change his color for everything. From his whole suit to the little patch on his arm. The setup takes longer cause each option you change it will pop up with what you want to change the option to. It just takes alot longer.

I couldnt figure out how to be the covenant. Im gonna go take and shower then play some more. lol

Late last night, 27 days before its officially scheduled retail release, a complete version of Microsoft's upcoming first-person shooter Halo 2 was leaked to the Internet. The pirated release, a PAL version of the game with French-language dialogue, is currently making its way around various Usenet newsgroups and peer-to-peer networks.

In a statement that Microsoft is sending only to media outlets that request comment, it admits the game "has been posted to various newsgroups and web sites."

While Microsoft says it is "currently investigating the source of this leak with the appropriate authorities," there has been no word on precisely where or how the game originally surfaced at this time, although Microsoft says it is actively tracing the leak. "Microsoft takes the integrity of its intellectual property extremely seriously, and we are aggressively pursuing the source of this illegal act."

It should be noted that players who download the game illegally could face a maximum penalty of $100,000 per instance for copyright violations. "We consider downloading this code or making it available for others to download as theft," the statement continues.

Halo 2, which continues the adventures of Master Chief with an all-new single-player adventure, as well as Xbox Live support for Internet-based multiplayer, is scheduled to hit retail shelves on November 9--a date that Microsoft says "remains unaffected."

I think the game is great. Bungie is going to make more then $50,000,000. There are 1,000,000 pre orders, and 750,000 of them have already bought it. That means they made 3,750,000 so far. I think that is worth the 3 years for them to make it. And it dosent matter that a 1000 people dled it before it came out, since most will buy it anyways.

i agree whole heartedly. 4 xbox's + 4 bigscreens + 16 players system linked + halo = some of the best times you're ever gonna have

"our" setup is to usually have 4 tv's, all facing away from each other (like a square) hooked up with xbox+system link+halo. (me and my friends) we usually play @ my house or one of my other friends house's, it's a bitch to try and get in the 50" tv's :angry:

i'll take that as my 20 too :P, and no, no connection so far with ilovebees and halo2. guess "i'll" have to wait to find out myself until nov9th. my friend who has it says he hasn't come across any connections what so ever, he's about half way thru the game...

You can still play on Live ;) Just make sure the game boots when the system does. So start the xbox with the game already in and it woll work.

gaawwdd...i cant believe how aful this game is...im soo pissed...i just beat the game, and i gotta say. worst ending ever. the game is so short. the game couldve been kick ass if it was longer, but i was getting really into it, i was thinking of what could happend next, i wanted to keep going, but then *BAM* game over. roll credits. multiplayer i guess could be fun, but i dont have anyone to play with, so :(

hey... nobody should give a fuck about wether we download a game or not... i mean.. we ARE in a "filesharing" forum... aren't we...

i downloaded the first halo... and i bought this one for a cuple of reason... not just 'cause the game is good...
it would have taken me weeks to download it, as i don't leave my pc on all the time...
i don't want my isp to fuck up my connection 'cause im taken a lot of bandwith...
and i had the money laying around...

don't worry about the audio, you know what u could do instead (i know it's more work, but if u have the time....) dub it over with some kickass music that flows with the gameplay. or just capture the video and send me a copy of the final "product" :) :):flowers:

Yeah you can use the sword during campaign, the first time you use it is a surprize. I wont give it out, but it differant from the first halo. :)

Yeah same music at the title screen, i think a little modified tho. It runs longer

the music is the same, and everyonce in a while when your going up a crazy amount of enemies they will have some cool rock music going on to go with all the killing thats going on. which is cool

and when the music is the same as the first, they kinda changed it a little, they added in a guitar, which i didnt really like that much, cuz it kinda of took away from the holyness (which i agree with completely)
