i got my ftp to work so i ftp'd dvd2xbox and i put in the game and i loaded dvd2xbox and now i dont know wuts happening all i see is DVD2XBOX in big letters taking up the whole screen

Thats the DVD2Xbox (its supposed to do that).

you upgraded ur hd? i doubt a dvd would fit on the retail hd.

On a hd you can put a full size (dvd5) game on it w/o and music files on you xbox. Hal0 2 for example.
