Damn, I could have helped you but I formatted my harddrive a few days ago. I didnt have the game on disc.

Doing this will make sv_pure pissed off and kick you off servers with pure enabled, which 90% of servers use.

It's best to just email the publisher, Activision. They'll say something like send your damaged disks to this and this mail address and give you fresh new CoD disks in a few weeks. You'll have to pay shipping though...
