Premiere Advice Please!!!

I have this image of a ball on a white background saved as a .jpg I would like to import this image into premiere and then have the image on top but only seeing the ball not the white background how do I go about doing this?

Edit the image in photoshop, remove the white background and give it a transparant background. save it and load it in Adobe Premiere.

Thanks IKE totally forgot you could do that in photoshop lol too much studying :-s ...got it to work :-)
