I used window washer washed everything however theres a few URLs that wont get erased on matter what.

I tried searching the registry and the typed url section but it wasnt there... i went to tools >> clear history wont work either...

its kinda weird, theres no trace of them anywhere... except they still show up in ie...

Did you try manually deleting them and also did you close IE before running Window Washer also...

Didn't see that? Now I do sorry , but is funny tho ,I mean washer should clean that up right off , unless he has a setting checked off! What I mean is under options .

Hello!

So Windows Washer wont clean up properly!

Chek the Auto Complete function(not exactly sure what it is called in English) under IE options(Tools>Options) under the content tab you will find a Auto Complete button click it and then look if web adresses are beeing stored if so uncheck that option and clear the old addresses out( I think there is a button for that to).

how do these url links show up in IE to be exact?
where do u always see those urls?
btw...how many accounts do u have for ur winxp?

have you tried booting up in safe mode and deleting the files from there (including any index.dat files found)

i put my mouse on address bar and type www.g and it shows up... umm deleted index.dat but never in safe mode...

THAT DID IT the auto complete thing... i disabled it and it worked... thx :D
