I had one pill earlier on and now I take my second because I have to take THREE A DAY :angry: !! I find it sooooo hard to swallow pills....:unsure:

You should try the bread method. Get some breaf, right? Chew the bread, right? Till it's nice and swallowable, right? Stick the pill in the middle of it, right? And swallow it, got that? It works.
