Looks like you've had a great time of it, JP. I don't think I've been to that many places this year, what with our first being born in April, it's been more or less holiday free :(

Luxor - We went there for 10 days over the New Year. With the cost of staying there dropping dramatically since the WTC disaster it's possible to stay in magnificent hotels for a price comparable to that of a UK Travel Lodge, every cloud and all that. Popped down to Cairo while we were there, to show the missus t'Pyramids.

Newquay - Went on a stag do and spent a couple of nights in the dodgiest hotel I've ever seen, five to a room, ffs. Seen a bloke in a plastic Elvis suit and drank loads, everything else is a bit hazy.

Tenby - Took the missus and baby there this summer, it pissed down but then it always does in Tenby so we had to do other things, like watch TV. Tenby sucks. :ermm:

Manchester - To see United play, I've been there to see them play 9 times this year but only stayed overnight once. We got drunk and stayed in a Copthorne hotel (I think).

Tenby - Went back to West Wales this autumn with the family for an action packed weekend dodging raindrops and Eastenders repeats.

Next year we're going abroad.
