I have to share an internet conection between 2 pcs, one with xp rpo corp,& the other one with mandrake10.1, I've got a network pci card on each computer, an a good cable. The xp computer xill be conected directly to the internet, so the linux one will conect throw the xp one.

I would like to get if possible a step by step procedure to follow to do this, as I don't reached to, & didn't found anything like that on the internet.

thanks a lot if you can do that, I think it would serve other people who don't nececeraly wan't to buy a 60 € rooter.

I would do it the otherway around and use the linux box as a router. it is pretty simple to customise it and you can prety much leave the linux box up 24/7 with no problems if you keep it up to date.
