It seems that on my primary windows account, that i really cant get a certain website to display or load properly. But when i log in with my secondary windows account , which is one the very same pc, that i am able to visit a site with it loading properly and items displaying correctly. Does anyone know whats wrong with the connections, or has anyone heard of situation similar to this and knows how it could possibbly be fixed ? I used both IE and firefox, and the same problem occurs between these two programs :(

EDIT: Actually come to think about it , could this problem be because of a program like peerguardian 2 ? I just closed the program and the webpage was able to display, but im not sure if this could have been the real reason. To those that dont know , peerguardian 2 is supposed to block off certain ips...

The site im reffering to is www.puretna.com , a torrent site....

EDIT II: It looks like the problem just keeps on occuring. So i guess pg2 (peerguardian2) is the cause of the problem. Does anyone know how i can overcome this problem, please ?

I always wear a condom while sharing files.
