My wife was suposse to tape a sporting event for me @ 7:00 am . She forgot ! She asked around our circle of friends to get the tape . Found one and copyed it . I already heard the score at work ............ Dumb work mates . But its the simple things in a relationship that make it work . I never let on , that I new the end result . To me thats love ! What a sweety . I'm truley blessed. Shit at my age every morning I wake up ,with out a chalk line around me ,I'm blessed. Just thought I share . :01:

Why not stay in and watch it together cuddled up on teh sofa in front of a warm fire (electric heater will do) maybe a bottle of wine and some nibbles, soft lighting and let the evening just flow :)
Personally I think thats much better than some stuck up restraunt or some shit that costs a fortune and is pretty crap anyway

That sounds like a nice night :)

btw, typical of a woman to forget to set the vcr :frusty:

:P

No, we don't use the term pulled.

No, I mean a real grilled cheese... slice of cheese between two slices of bread, done in a fry pan (or sandwich maker). And that debate was what I was referring to when I said "Don't hit me!!!" If your memory needs refreshing, I'm sure Brain and FC will help me remind you. :P

I take it from this that your soulseek still won't connect???

 I know what you meant.
And yes that is what YOU call grilled cheese, the point I was making that night was that I wanted melted cheese on toast, NOT a sandwich :P

And no, it wont, servers down.

Hehe I can't believe you guys don't use "pulled" , "Hey dude, you pull last night?"
"Yeah I pulled a right looker"

Also works for females, infact females prolly use it more

Dammit :frusty:

Server's not down. I've been back online for about 20 minutes now. :P

And if you meant cheese on toast, you shouldn't have said grilled cheese and sparked the hour long debate. :P

No, we don't use the term pulled.

And finally, 8 o'clock would be fine. :)

And if you meant cheese on toast, you shouldn't have said grilled cheese and sparked the hour long debate

I actually said "I really fancy welsh rarbitt (or however you spell it), which is cheese on toast (with a couple of other things) which is grilled under a grill :P
I was never actually wrong about my original statement

Yes, you were!!!! I was off to cook dinner and you said I was probably making grilled cheese (because I'd said I needed to clean the grill) and you hoped it was real grilled cheese and not the kind made in a fry pan - it wasn't until about 10 minutes or so later that you said welsh rarebit...

Brain will back me up... Brain!!!!

@Nik..........no, we were talking about food and I was hungry and I said I wanted cheese on toast, Brain then said "You mean grilled cheese" , and to me, it is, then he pointed out it was'nt, I maintained the fact I wanted cheese on toast, NOT a sandwich.
I then protested as to how you grill something without a grill.
which is true, if you cook in a fry pan, it's fried, if you cook under a grill, it's grilled. simple as that, not denying what it is, just protesting and showing dissagreement with the name "Grilled Cheese" when it is not actually cooked under a grill.

So there :P

@Grip.......I'm on my way man gimmie a break :01:

No, that's not how it happened. I said I was off to clean the grill so I could make dinner. Your next comment was about grilled cheese. You didn't say cheese on toast until later. I remember coming back to the computer and you were knee deep in argument with Brian, and later FC about it, and THAT'S when you said cheese on toast - and welsh rarebit.

No matter, PMs have been sent, I will have my evidence.

BTW - I told you that you'd wanna hit me :P
