View Full Version : How Do I....

Lilmiss

Tone up my stomach and thigh muscles simultaneously?

I don't enjoy monotonous daily crunches, or anything like the sorts.
And I don't do swimming, in fear of swimsuits.

Any idea's?

Netball :01:

I hear Busyman plays it every week with his homies. He can prolly give you some tips.

Honestly, sport is the only way apart from those horrible crunches.

I was thinking of investing in a bike, pref. a lil chopper. :rawk:
There's a lot of nice places to go, once you actually leave the borders of this shite hole.

I used to be in A team at netball, and made a cracking Goal Defense. :01:
But was slightly fitter back when. :blushing:

you probably wouldn't like it now it's a contact sport

Glad he is doing well. :D

Given those skills i predict a future in the legal sector he has all the necessary attributes and he can walk n talk.

You bought him a kit yet with his name on the back, or joined the supporters club? or bought him any toys that you may have to test for him....just to see if they work obviously :shifty:

Legal sector

He has got a Man U kit but no supporters club or name on t'back yet. My Mam bought him a Welsh Jersey, just after the Grand Slam, with his name on the back. I did point out that he couldn't read yet but my Mam and his Mam still seemed enamoured with it.

Skalectrics (sp?) for Xmas, tho' :01:
