Well I woke to see this infomercial about being able to read 10x faster.... Really don't need it but does it actually work?

I guess it's only for people who are having trouble with reading

Speed readings fun. Unfortantly my retention of speed read material is very low.

On a similar note, tho' I'm unsure if any speed reading was involved, I read a fair chunk of a book I'm reading when I got in from the pub last night but the only clue is that the bookmark has moved :pinch:

Bookmark elves - I hate those little guys.

Only times I speed read is when I have 20+ pages to read and class starts in 30 minutes.

I can speed-read, but that's something I picked up on my own.

Didn't need some geptarded program to complicate something so simple, in order to learn it.

I can retain what I've speed-read in so far that I can tell you about the plot and story (if it's a work of fiction). but I won't be able to describe objects or characters too well at a detail-level.

Chebus is doing Bunty appreciation next semester.

(I thought I would try to sound like a Yank there, did I pull it off)

(I thought I would try to sound like a Yank there, did I pull it off)Oo-er, that sounds altogether trickier than the piss-easy poetry life he had this term.

Oo-er, the rest sounded a bit rude :schnauz:
