Any body know how to crop an image in cs2 with a shape, I can only crop with a standard rectangle and I've looked everywhere to change the crop tool shape.

cropping in any other shape than square/rectangle is not possible
but
via gif with transparent with background you get what u want.

with magnet/line/magic wand tool grab the section you want
right clik - layer via copy - then uneyeball the background layer (so the rest is transparent)
choice a
-File - save for the web - save (transparent)
choice b
goto file - image - mode - indexed color - select transparent - save
