caller I.D. spoofing

Does anyone have any information about caller ID spoofing? I know that there are websites that you can pay for this service, but is there software or some other way of doing this ourselves?

no you have to pay, thats how paris hilton and fred durst got hacked.

probable can't talk about this type of stuff here with the rules and such
