Modding GTA on XBOX

i have a modded xbox and was wondering if it is possible to install mods for gta on it and/or would i have to save the game to the hard drive first?

i am not talking about the hot coffee mod(however i would like to know if it is possible to run on the xbox as well)

Certain mods it's possible, Hot Coffee will work i've heard, as will the mod that increases and the view distance. Why not try them out and others.

You would apply them as you would on a pc, open up the disc ISO and replace the file with the altered mod file, burn/ftp to xbox and try to play.

I haven't tried it, but didn't gamespot or something unlock hot coffee by doing a code?

believe that was for the ps2, they entered all gf's code,(not sure if that makes them 100% or not) then got the girl to say "lets have some coffee" they say it took a great deal of time to do as well.
