• Internet Explorer 9 : "The Browser You Loved To Hate" Campaign Does Change User's Mindset

    We are told now and then to "do away with" Internet Explorer in favor of modern web-browsers like Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, however the all new Internet Explorer 9 is in-fact a brilliant web-browser with faster start-up and page load speed, support for modern technologies and industry standards. However, we still are stick with the older mentality of IE being an obsolete web-browser, which is strictly not the case after I looked at Microsoft's "The Browser You Loved To Hate" campaign and gave the new browser a fresh try with a new mindset and it did changed the way I used to look at it.

      lol! what kind of idiot thinks just dragging it to the recycling bin is uninstalling it. plus, that machine was xp and you cant uninstall IE from xp, at least not with any built in method. what a load of malarky. i use IE every once in a while when i have to when the lazily or horribly written program or site im using forces me too. it only gets more bloated and obsolete with every revision. well maybe not obsolete but definitely bloated.

      So what's the word, I just found out I have IE 9 already installed on mine (what?!). They have the starting tab page like what chrome has, but I didn't dare do anything with it.

      @the ad campaign:

      No, I'm not going to try their stupid browser because of an even stupider ad.
