Why doesen't the thing support dvd burning..... WHY!?
My main focus is on DVD-R releases for myself and friends at work. Then apps and tv series.
I'm doin about 50-75gb a month or so.
Normally, about 100-150GB a month, but that was on my old 1.1mbit connection, and was mainly BT. Now I'm on a ~15mbit connection (ADSL2+), and hae re-discovered usenet, and am in the process of working out which provider I want to go with. At a guess, I'm going to say I'll be leeching about 300Gb a month to begin with, then probably drop back down to 150GB again - I get bored of downloading!
right now i only use newsgroups for HD movies...amazing quality that you can't get unless you have an HDTV and good HD channels (which i don't). i average 5GB a day, so ~150Gb a month
besides for HD stuff, everything else goes to the torrents...
TV Eps (full seasons, I try to go in order) of shows that are old, or on channels I don't get.
And movies that are posted and look good.
Sometimes I get pc games too but not that often.
I average 80-100gb a month ( with a 60gb cap :stuart: ).
I am actually having a hard time finding Old SERIES from the begning. Ususually the latest ones are available. And then its the latest seasons. I think this is why torrents are better then usenet because you can pretty much get any tv show you want starting with the first season...Quote:

old movies
just movies and music really...sometimes tv episodes
300GB DVD-9, HD movies per month
can you download the roving bugs to cell phones?
Lately movies... DVD release Screeners & TS's but I still grab music ever so often. Once or twice a week I browse the Lossless sites for Flac & Shn live shows.
Mostly Jam Bands. I usually DL'd about 20Gigs a week using DSL.
Primarily DVDRs (New/Old Movies+TV series), New HDTV (convenience purposes - already have HD Tuner), and occasionally new movies (TS).
Most of my downloads are music, second are xvid movies and third apps which seem usefull. I dont have an id how many gb's a month but i dont think i peak above 20 often.
Everythink I like :) mostly movies
Because my ISP limits me to about 100GB a month (up + down) I am limited to movies in xvid format. I also download a lot of albums that I analyze (to check for transcoding) then post on oink.
For those who are downloading HD tv episodes and movies, are you watching them on your computer? If so, doesn't that make it not HD anymore unless your monitor is HD?
