how do you goto sleep?

do you leave the t.v. on? do listen to the radio? do you leave a fan on?

i listen to my cafe del mar cd. its nice soothing music, thats easy to doze off to.

I don't until I'm really tired, then I get in bed and I pass out straight away...

Barbies married. I'm also married...it's the reason I drink to go to sleep. It's not working tonight.
