how would i extract a sound from a exe.. such as from a keygen? :01:
my first guess would be to decompile the exe and see whats inside it. or use one of them programs that records what ever sound is being sent to your sound card.
how would i decompile it? i would prefer to decomile it then to record it from my sound card if possible.
ResHacker maybe.
i just tried reshack and it kept saying that the exe had been compressed so i couldn't get to any of the files :(
What about putting the microphone next the speakers or is that a stupid Idea?

if you have "microsoft visual studios" and the keygen was created visual basic... you could be able to decompile the .exe file and probably extract the sound....
or you could use the sound recorder that comes with windows... that could be easier and cheaper...
Surely you mean you suxx0rz?Quote:

If the exe is compressed, and with reshaker or hex editor has compressed it - itll be extremly difficult to decompress it - i dont how
do as the above said - simply record use some sound record like "sound capture" (free)
personally i find those keygen/trainer music quite rare
