Please, I'm looking for it because I like to download older games I missed when they came out, but usually they are hard to find at normal trackers and I'm hoping they would exist there.

I'm checking on that damn site daily... I guess I'm just unlucky...
try bitgamer instead, really good tracker aswell, I find more games there than i do at black cats
Also if your determined to get Blackcats just keep an eye on the open signups thread, that's how I got in.
To be honest, I just leave a tab open with there registration page open, and refresh it every once in a while.
