Searching for a program..

Hi there...I'm searching for a program in which i can manage mp3 files and/or video files myself , in which i can cut the video or mp3 file at what time I want and so on...
Can somebody please tell me a name of a program that can do that ?

For video files you can try VideoReDo plus. Its great for triming for joining video files. Only drawback is it doesnot support avi or other new formats.
