good luck finding ps roms as they are quite big u will need to use bittorrent
as for snes roms try searching google :)
many BT sites have a psx section...

DC++ is good for PS roms. You can download SNES roms in packs, or individual, just use google for that.
Emule or Bitorrent websites such as PirateBay.
