I think that if you are a non-cheater (which i hope you are) it is fulDC++. Otherwise probably a OP-Client like Stealth Zion or Titanium Zion is the best.

Agree, ApexDC++ is one of the most popular DC++ software.
fulDC isn't banned anywhere so it's cool, like a lot and I use it myself, otherwise revconnect is nice, a bit like torrent where u can dl same file from different users (under the circumstances it's the exact same file)

strongdc++ is good if you dl from public hubs .
