google a great program (IMO) called dBpower Amp...its freewarer, and allows conversion between MP3, OGG, WMA, WAV etc...
to do OGG, theres a codec plug in to download
:)
Hey thank man,I'll give it a try.
Why would u want ogg files for?
BeSweet can do it, but this program is a little confusing (till you get used to the interface).
Supposedly Ogg sounds better and alot smaller. But who knows,i'll give it a test sound
If you had a mp3 of quality 128, ogg can have the same quality, but halve the file size. Or it can have higher quality, for more a less the same size as the 128 mp3 original.Quote:

really, for the purposes of filesharing, we (as a society) should really start to use OGG or WMA, cos they are smaller than MP3's, but with the introductions of superfast internet connections, it doesn't really seem too important (besides, I wouldn't touch WMA.....damn Micro$oft) :)
also, the price of HDD is crazy atm, and they are still gettin cheaper :)
