^ look at first post, im still getting that error, if you read further down it magically fixed without me doing anything and it occurs again

the blue screens are when i try to boot up a win xp pro 2 cd
the black screens are when i try to boot windows

-- kind of a jam dont you think? I can't get anywhere.

Is this a new build with all new hardware?
