Need Help With Avi Preview

AVI preview goes through the whole generation process, but right when it's processing the video and has the duration of it this messages pops up:

ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00009c38


Anybody know what I can do to fix it?

I think it needs that codec, but I'm not that good at movies. Where's Shinigami? :P
