[REQ] TTi upload credits

HI! I would really like some upload credits, I'm trying to become PU there and it's a long way for me with 600kbps upload speed, I have there like 1500 seedhours siting and I can't use them until I become PU:cry:. So I would really appreciate your help.:clap:

most people have 20-60 kb upload speed

600 kb = 75 kB :)
