Looking to trade 2 Steam accounts

I have been playing Counter-Strike since v1.3 and have decided to end playing this game once and for all.

I have two Steam accounts that aren't banned. One account has Half-Life, Counter-Strike, and the other mods that came with Half-Life.

The other has Half-Life 2 ,Counter-Strike Source, Half-Life, Counter-Strike, and the other mods that came with Half-Life.

please do not ask for torrentinvites outside the bittorrent section.

I dont think it's legel to trade/sell steam accounts.
