eg is your picture to fast for you sound?

i suggest you search this forum for codec packs, and dont use wmp

use a player like videolan or bsplayer

all of this you can find if u search this forum

dont give him links guys , just make him search , its the only way he will learn

i prefer media player classic to wmp
give it a try
