im thinking of a way. i know that these often have a complicated install method.
in future, it would probably be better to get bins & cues or isos as these are fairly sraight forward to play and they really arent complicated if you have a cd writer

So i will try you make it sound easy.
Suppose it is the second time just dont want a load of coasters like when i d/loaded a film.

If you want the game to autorun and have them like original cds you need to download cd images, with rips you always have some work to get them to run.
Just look for files with a bin/iso extension ther are more different image files but these are the most common ones

Thanks Benna
ill remember that cheers Peter

Or you could create an autorun.ini file
Code:
[AutoRun]
open=game.exe
Open notepad and paste that in then save then rename as autorun.ini
then burn it with the rest of the contents from the disk and then when the cd is inserted,it will run the exe
(replace game.exe with the propper name of exe that starts the game)

Ok...
1. Right Click > New > Text Document
2. Copy
Code:
[AutoRun]
open=game.exe
3. Paste In Text Document replacing the word 'game' with the main program you would otherwise have to double click to play, for example 'rct2.exe'.
4. Now save document as 'autorun'
5. Move text document into a folder.
6. Click on Tools > Folder Options
7. Select View
8. Untick 'Hide extensions for known file types'. Apply settings.
9. You'll see 'autorun.txt' is there.
10. Right click > Rename > autorun.ini
11. Repeat Steps 6-8 but this time retick the box and apply settings.
12. Move 'autorun' into the main game folder.
13. Burn
14. Enjoy!
