Ever heard of Arctic Torrent?

I's a very minimalist torrent client that is programmed in C++, and comes in x86 and x64 versions. It's packages around 600kb, and for the most part I'm enjoying it as a former utorrent user. Although the configuration settings are slim:

So has anyone used it before? Is it allowed on private trackers (I wouldn't know, all I have is demonoid!)?

OIC. I like how there is a 64 bit version of it, though. I guess I need to find another x64 bit client.
