that includes fitness stuff and body building ,i need to buff my skinny body :(
in videos/dvd rips cuz i dont read books

any tracker will be apreciated except of the place (have it already)

the jym is abit far from my home and why spend money when i can do this at my home/backyard...

Belive me, it's much better to go to the gym rather than spending time at home "practicing".You have much better conditions and you can get better results there.

I second this, Bitme is where it's at. You might want to check out Max OT. I personally swear by it :D
