looks like maybe someone reworked one of the "terminator" fonts or somethin
try lookin in some of the font sites for somethin like that as a keyword

Looks like someone has played around with that font in photoshop or something...

The font you posted above might be a reworked version of "nasalization"
(which is on page 3)
