Quick Question About Burning A Kvcd

hello, i am going to burn a kvcd bin file using a cue file in nero 5.5.9.9

i have gone to File menu -> Burn image... -> Selected the cue file

it has come up with the "Write CD" window but in the Write method drop down menu it says "Track-at-once"

My question is, should this be "Track-at-Once" or "Disc-at-Once"??

and should the buffer underrun protection box be ticked?

I want to say disc at once
but the thing is you don't mess woth it
at least I never have, it should stay the default postion, and I think its disc at once
