Oink structure is pretty hard to duplicate. We can talk about it but I don't think will ever appear other tracker like it.
Did you guys ever tried Soulseek? This baby is world wide size. It has everything. If exists it's on Soulseek.

Something like OiNK will appear again sooner or later, but now is not the time.
