Adobe Premiere Slo-Fast Mo Controls

So I'm using Adobe Premiere 2.0 and I'm editing some video.

I'm using the slider bar under the main video window (on the right). I pull it left and right to make it scan foward and backward.

Now what I want to do is move the slider back and forth like a DJ. So it goes a little bit in slo mo to fast mo and it has the scratching that's associated with it.

It is doing it as I use it while playing the video.


What I want to do is for it to remember what I'm doing so I don't have to re-create it manually on the time line.

Is this possible?
