i agree with redransom, those tracker will disable those accounts.

also, not too many lads don't mind posting their profils and speed test from their countries on the open board like that. those infos are preferably provided through pm's.

on a side note, most peeps forge their proofs(sceenshots) and choose another country for their speed test, just so you know.

the good thing to do IMHO is ask for a speed test of their choice and sceenies, but mention that the winner(s) will have to pm you her/his profil's link along with the speed test from their country. so that way the screenies will be validated, so as the speed test from their respective country ;)
