Upload/download Meter

Hi

Can anyone suggest a good upload/download meter that will give me a smart wee graph that I can put on my desktop please. :)

yep , netlimiter is great , does both gives you a pic , and also controls the upload and download limits

great for shareaza and bit torrent if you are on adsl
