How to get NB (Can't understand FAQ)

A friend tries to invite me to NB but he cannot understand the NB FAQ and how to get invites as a PU.

Can someone enlighten us? Like if you can translate a bit of Norwegian

i think there is section in forum for Power users so u can there ask for invite but im not 100% sure
