There are also a few on Elbitz and Learnbits.
Finally there was a exclusive tracker for medical torrents named Emedicina but it was shut down.

But believe me, it has a massive collection of medical ebooks, more than I have seen anywhere. I have found some rare books here, which were not there elsewhere. And besides, most of the users have started posing books on mihd, in addition to RS. Since on mihd, you do not have wait times, get wonderful speeds, and can dl many books.
