vpsly.com is owned by Vars from what.cd. But now he has switched from OVH to server.lu. And he is also planning to leave the seedbox business. he will be handing over control of his business to some of his friends who are yet to a member of what.cd.
I have used one of the seedboxes from Vars and the performance was great considering that I only paid $15 for it. I definitely recommend him.

I have taken over ovh004 from Vars, he's dumping his OVH boxes and going with server.lu like everyone else :) I believe the other OVH boxes are being retired this month.
OVH004 is a 6TB SP Storage Box and is currentyy full (plus I changed rDNS today to wild.fastsh.it) :)
