Ulead Gif Crash W/ Codec Pack 2.24

I was just reading the "evil codec that crashes Premiere?" and remembered a similar bug in Ulead GIF. If 2.24 is installed w/ Ulead GIF Animator 5.05 TBYB program crashes when trying to load video plugins, specifically 'Uvavi.vio'...works fine w/ codec pack 2.20

Most likely it is one of the directshow filters that is to blame.
