Where on win xp is the pre-titled folder named 'themes' that you are supposed to put downloaded themes?
in 'control panel'
under 'display'
at least I think thats the one you are looking for....

styleXP
Some themes are executable and do not need styleXP, then you would just double click it and it will auto extract the theme to that folder. For any other themes styleXP will install them for you.
