Reviewing PC Hardware,Software

Anybody know any good sites that review PC Hardware and software.
The one item im looking for in particular is a new monitor, any recomendations would be appreciated ;)

Did you look in Hardware world ? There's a few threads in there about monitors
and links to good sites on prices aswell. :)
