does Nordic-T have expiring accounts?

I had an account there in decent standing(1.09) ratio and a large amount for me uploaded and downloaded(around 60 gigs IIRC) I was downloading a few torrents from there, and I reformatted my PC. With my new install I went to log back in my name and password are no longer valid:dabs:
I was partially done some downloads and I'm a bit confused. I don't think I was banned or anything like that, but when I check the email I would have signed up with it shows up as no longer being in the database. do they have an IRC channel or something I could check in? there is one torrent in particular I haven't seen elsewhere and really want.
