Because.....when you come to the search page to "search again"...and if you have not noticed the darker look of the writing ...it throws at you this little warning facia that asks you if you are sure that you want to clear search area.....even if you 'Vote" no...it STILL clears it and you loose all your previous search ressults................AND THAT CAN BE VERY ""enraging""...TO START ALL OVER AGAIN 2 3 TIMES IN ONE NIGHT.......HOW DO WE DISABLE THAT CLEAR SEARCH HISTORY FOR GOOD

Go to options and uncheck "purge search history on exit"
