Just give it some time...use tracker checker to check when tvtorrents will be open for signups.
Be patient and you will get what you want...

tvtorrents.com is always open signup isn't it?
Its worth double checking.. The only catch is that they won't let you download anything until you upload something. So go to your favorite 0-day tracker, download a popular tv show and then seed it (or upload it if its not on there yet) to tvtorrents.com and you're off and running. Great tv site!

There are account signups via invite at tvtorrents.com as well but I think you need 12GB credits to send one? I have like 10.9 right now heh or i'd help you out.
